Ding dong! It’s The Elysian Agency, at your house, ready to get down to business! On the to-discuss list are home condition, pricing strategy, timeline, and the lifestyle changes you’re wanting overall. I’ll explain the ins and outs of the entire home selling process so you know exactly what to expect.

Prep is the most important step in the process. I’ll hire professional stagers and photographers to make sure your home stands out online and during showings. We’ll also craft a dynamite 30-day marketing plan that will get eyes on your house and buyers through your door. These details, combined with spot-on pricing, will help you get offers quickly and at top dollar.
3.
It’s time to list your property! I’ll do all the heavy lifting putting your property on the market, scheduling showings and getting that marketing machine going. No matter how busy we get during this time, I’ll always have time to answer your questions and keep you feeling calm.
4.
You accepted an offer (woo hoo!) and now it’s time for paperwork. Negotiations (and the contracts, escrows, inspections, and appraisals that come with them) can be exhausting, but you can be sure that I’ll be here to advocate for you and keep you informed every step of the way.
